Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I specialize in helping adults heal from childhood attachment wounds, complex trauma (CPTSD), single traumatic experiences, and the lasting impact of generational or systemic trauma. Many clients notice patterns in their relationships, emotions, or self-beliefs that feel familiar but painful. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens within a safe, supportive relationship. Together, we explore how your past and present experiences shape your nervous system, thoughts, and emotional patterns, helping you process difficult emotions, regulate your nervous system, strengthen cognitive awareness, and build emotional resilience, self-compassion, and healthier ways of relating.
Wth advanced training in trauma recovery, attachment theory, and somatic approaches, my work integrates attachment-focused EMDR, parts work, and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and I also provide spiritually integrated support for clients who wish to connect their healing process with their spiritual or faith-based practice.
Coming from a biracial and multicultural background, I bring attunement to the complexities of culture, family, and systemic influences, and I honor the diverse experiences clients bring. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported, move at your own pace, and take steps toward lasting healing, growth, and meaningful change.
