  • About Me
I believe that lasting growth happens when couples and families build strong, authentic connections with one another. I focus on helping clients cultivate deep emotional bonds that create space for vulnerability, trust, and closeness. For those who wish to explore their relationships through a spiritual or faith-based lens, I have experience supporting clients in integrating those values into their work together.

I enjoy teaching practical communication skills and tools that empower couples and families to navigate challenges independently. My goal is to equip clients with the skills to continue this work on their own, so therapy becomes a stepping stone rather than a permanent space—helping them create relationships that are resilient, fulfilling, and self-sustaining.

As someone whose own experiences and intersecting identities inform my worldview, I bring empathy, cultural awareness, and openness to people from all walks of life. I am committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected.
